It is an interview-based cyanotype book portfolio. Participants brought special objects from their hometowns, evoking memories of being a stranger. These items, tied to indelible memories, remind them of home, family, and friends, reflecting a tenacity to move on and embrace the future. The cyanotype process, requiring time exposure and water flushing, mirrors the migration journey.Sunlight reveals images through objects, creating ethereal blue memories that skim the surface.

The works on paper record some special objects around each person. The artist invites the immigrant to bring along a special object, which is related to her/his journey, and through this object, connects the indelible imprint and memory of being a foreigner. The image of this object is created on paper through cyanotype.
